Our History

Since 2008 we have been assisting financial entities, legal firms, companies and individuals in the creation and administration of trust structures that protect, organize and accelerate their projects.

Our offices are located in Escazú, Oficentro El Cedral (Edif. 4, Piso 3) and our team adds more than 30 years of experience in the development of contracts, management of guarantees, safekeeping of assets, registration and tax aspects, and in the application of KYC/AML.

  • 2018 - It is constituted Vectrust S.R.L. for the administration of third party resources. Registered in SUGEF as article 15.

  • Today - We standardize processes and reports for local and international clients, maintaining a close relationship with our clients and the confidentiality as a seal.

Fidelex Fides Ltda.

Limited Liability Company (2008). Registered in SUGEF as Art. 15 bis. Purpose: trust service providers; creation, registration and administration of trusts; operational powers.

Vectrust S.R.L.

Limited liability company (2018). Registered in SUGEF as Art. 15 (administration of resources above the annual threshold). Purpose: administration of resources via trusts for non-financial intermediaries.

Mauricio Zamora Jimenez

Partner and Manager of trust companies throughout his more than 30 years of experience with the figure of the trust. He has been director and manager of trusts of financial institutions, namely, Banco de Cofisa, Banco Cuscatlán de Costa Rica, Banco Citibank de Costa Rica, Banco Nacional de Costa Rica and private trust companies. Likewise, he has served as manager of private companies. His broad experience in the fiduciary area has allowed him to represent Costa Rica in the Latin American Congress of Trusts of the Latin American Federation of Banks.

Hazel Solano Jimenez

He has more than 30 years of experience in the fiduciary business, which began with Banco Anglo Costarricense, Bancoop R.L., Banco Custatlan de Costa Rica and was in charge of the head of the fiduciary business at Banco Cathay de Costa Rica and Banco Lafise.

Roberto Léon Gómez

Partner of Fiduciary Companies and founder of RL Abogados. Throughout his vast professional experience he has advised renowned companies and banking and financial entities. He was a partner of LLM Abogados for more than 26 years and later of Vector Legal. He has extensive experience and knowledge in the practice of commercial, banking, trust, securities, corporate, real estate and tax law. He has been particularly involved in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and equity structuring of different types of companies. He has also served as manager of two stock brokerage firms. He has a law degree and is a Notary Public and an authorized stockbroker.
